Idea Exchange Brush Off 2017

I was so happy to participate at the Brush Off on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Idea Exchange at Queen's Square. So many local artists including a few from Brantford competed to create an original painting in just 30 minutes. 10 minutes into my painting I decided I did not like it. I wiped my canvas and started again creating this abstract piece. My mom came to the Brush Off for the very first time and said "It looks like an exploding heart" and that is what is became. This piece went home with a very happy customer. Proceeds from the event help fund programming at the Idea Exchange.
